On the ground floor a comfortable and luxurious living room and dinning area with fireplace and barbeque combines with an indoor private swimming pool providing privacy and elegant comfort. A single bedroom is also located on the ground floor.

On the first floor there are three double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with Jacuzzi and big balconies with view to the lush gardens. All rooms offer flat screen TV's 32”, A/C, as well as central heating which makes the Villas suitable for stay at all times over the year, patio furniture, sun loungers and sun umbrellas.

A Plasma TV, DVD Player, Telephone, free Wi-Fi Internet Access and Safety Box are also available. A fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances including fridge / freezer, oven / hob, microwave, dish washer, boiler, toaster, filter coffee machine, iron and iron board.

A washing machine is provided in a common room for all the Villas.

• Late Check Out Upon Availability.

• The pool can be heated on request with an extra charge per day. We need to be informed 24 h prior to arrival and for at least 3 days (higher temperature 24° C).

• Wood for the fire place can also be arranged on request for some extra charge.

• The Villas can also host small conferences up to 25 people (business facilities can be arranged on request).
