VILLA APHRODITE

DESCRIPTION:

Villa occupies a total area of 215 sq. m. and can accommodate up to 9 guests in its five bedrooms.

1ST FLOOR:

Large open area on the ground floor. A large corner sofa, a dark wood dining table, classic and colonial decor, stone wall decor, various handicrafts - all this creates an atmosphere of luxury and complete relaxation. The tone of the whole design is created by a gas fireplace and a 50-inch Ambilight TV. The kitchen is made in a modern style. It is fully equipped with all necessary fixtures and fittings and is separated from other areas by a comfortable bench. The guest room is also located on the ground floor. There is a sofa bed and an extra baby cot.

GROUND FLOOR:

The basement is dominated by a large area for recreation and entertainment. In the children's corner, you can endlessly play different games, and fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the private gym with Kettler equipment. On the same floor there is a very comfortable bedroom with a double wooden bed and a large bathroom. For the convenience of guests, there is a laundry room and various household appliances (vacuum cleaners, etc.).

2 FLOOR:

The master bedroom is very spacious and is a perfect combination of classic and romantic style. From here you have a magnificent view of the Aegean Sea. Stone decor elements contrast with handmade metal and wooden elements. The master bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV. A special attraction is given to it by a large veranda, which houses a comfortable outdoor living area. On the second floor there are two more spacious bedrooms with access to the veranda. One bedroom has a bunk bed ideal for children and the other has a single bed.

A large luxurious bathroom and toilet complete the furnishings on the second floor. The master bathroom is very spacious and bright thanks to the beige and brown tones. There is a large bathtub, two sinks and other amenities such as a hair dryer.

The main advantage of the villa is open areas - large verandas, hidden from prying eyes, with a magical view of the surroundings and the highest level of comfort. For example, an open dining area on the first floor terrace and a living room on the second floor veranda. Here you can relax with a luxurious breakfast or a romantic dinner and enjoy the view of the sea and the nearby archaeological site - a Minoan ceramic workshop. The artifacts found there are over 5,000 years old. All this beauty is framed by lush green gardens that have grown around the complex.
