DESCRIPTION:

The total area of the three floors of the villa is 210 sq.m. It can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests. The villa is equipped with a variety of luxury items and amenities, and its territory is covered with a beautiful green garden.

1ST FLOOR:

Luxury surrounds you immediately, starting from the open area on the ground floor. Large corner sofa, gas fireplace and wooden deck overlooking the gardens and sea, large dining area with dark wood furnishings and a 65" Samsung Curved Smart TV. The kitchen has a two-door refrigerator and a large gas stove.

GROUND FLOOR:

An internal staircase leads guests to the basement, where there is a small private gym equipped with Kettler equipment (exercise bike, elliptical trainer, dumbbells, etc.). The play area in the break room is designed for endless entertainment for guests of all ages. On the same floor there is a romantic style double bedroom, a bathroom and a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer and wardrobe.

2 FLOOR:

Here is the main bedroom. Stone décor contrasts with Swarovski crystal fittings and a romantic-style wrought-iron bed, while a flat-screen TV and full-length mirror add an extra touch of luxury. The room has its own toilet and shower. On the same floor there are two comfortable bedrooms with single beds and a large bathroom, the main attractions of which are a hydromassage shower, a minibar and a flat-screen TV. But the most important detail of the situation is the breathtaking view from the windows.
